At Based, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We proudly offer premium grooming and skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused;
  • Sealed in its original packaging;
  • In the same condition as received.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of personal care or skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please submit a return request (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


5. European Union Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
